Refunds

Nightfall and KeyLens aren't on sale yet. This is how it will work when they are.

Every plugin has a free 7-day trial with everything working, so you can make sure it suits you and works on your computer before you buy.

When you get your money back

• It doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it within a reasonable time: a full refund.
• It's faulty or not as described: we'll fix it or replace it, and if we can't, you get some or all of your money back, as the law requires.
• You bought the same plugin twice by mistake: we'll refund the extra key if you tell us within 14 days and it hasn't been activated.

Changing your mind

Because your key arrives straight away, the 14-day right to cancel ends once you have it: you agree to this at checkout, and the free trial is there so you can try first. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we'll see what we can do.

How to ask

Email support@soundfigure.com with the email address you bought with, which plugin, and what's wrong. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

After a refund

The key is turned off, and copies using it stop working at their next update check. Your projects keep their settings, as they would after a trial.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: we'll usually sort it out faster. A disputed payment turns the key off while the dispute is open.
